Each poured candle kit includes your choice of vessel and candle fragrance, as well as a reusable melting pitcher, a bag of 100% soy wax, a quick-read thermometer, a clean-burning cotton wick, a compostable stir stick, an optional candle label, a bamboo lid for your candle, and a jar of matches. All kits also include a link to our digital instructional to walk you through the craft step by step.
Our two fragrances are Sequoia and Mojave. Sequoia is a woodsy fragrance, with notes of redwood, amber sap, California poppies, and wild laurel. Mojave is a desert-inspired fragrance, with a base of nag champa, and notes of desert blooms, wild sage, and light woodsmoke. A portion of each candle sale is donated the Sequoia Parks Conservancy or the Mojave Desert Land Trust, depending on your choice of fragrance.
