Woven with Honey + Herb — Fall Syrup Crafting + Soundbath
With Allie Brown
$98
Join Herbalist + Multidisciplinary Healer Allie Brown, for an immersive evening of slowing down and tending to your own garden. During this workshop we will craft an Herbal Infused Syrup and experience the synergy of a Soundbath, Meditation, and Fall inspired Herbal Tea Infusions.
Through hands-on herbal medicine making and guided reflection, we’ll explore the yin energy of the Autumn season, and how herbs can support us during this introspective and internally nourishing time of the year. Herbal Tea will be served to keep you warm and in the spirit of the Fall season.
Drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine, we’ll discuss the properties and energetics of herbs such as ginger, blue butterfly pea, elderberry and lavender—plants known for their ability to warm the body, enhance intuition, and soothe the nervous system and boost immunity. Together, we will blend a variety of herbs into a multipurpose Herbal Syrup, which can be used in tea, mocktails, or for medicinal benefits.
All herbs benefit respiratory health, boost immunity, and enhance a connection with your creativity and spirit. We will end the evening with a candlelit sound bath, tea ceremony, and guided meditation, to bring your mind, body and soul into a harmonic state.
Led by Multidisciplinary Healing Artist, Allie Brown.
