Italic Pen Workshop

With Emmanuel Sevilla

$145

This workshop is an introduction into the beautiful world of western calligraphy. We will focus on one calligraphic style called Italic Script. This style first emerged in the 15th century Italian renaissance and is still used to this day for its elegant and graceful appeal.

Using Pilot parallel pens, we will learn about pen angles, pen scales, letter formation, guidelines, and spacing. You will also be provided with the necessary tools and practice exercises to continue exploring calligraphy at your own pace.
