Forager creates hands-on workshops and activations for brands, companies, event producers, families, friends, and communities—at our studio and wherever else people gather.
Projects can be small and intimate or built for hundreds of guests. Some are fully guided workshops; others are drop-in moments designed for people to move through at their own pace. We like to think about the whole experience: what people are making, what they get to choose from, how the materials are displayed, how the experience moves, and what guests will actually be excited to take home.
If you need a place to begin, we keep a running collection of workshop and activation ideas—projects, materials, and formats we know well and like working with. We call it a Craft Catalog, and you can think of it as inspiration rather than a fixed menu. You can start there, pull pieces from a few different ideas, or come to us with something we haven’t made before.
How Does it Work?
Tell us where you’re gathering, roughly how many people will be there, and anything you already know about what you’re imagining.
From there, we’ll help shape the right experience for the setting. That can mean adapting one of our existing workshops, customizing colors and materials, incorporating a brand or event theme, or developing something completely new.
Forager handles the materials, preparation, display, setup, staffing, facilitation, and breakdown so guests can simply walk up and make something.

Absolutely. Customization can be subtle or extensive—from a particular palette and material selection to custom textiles, patches, packaging, signage, components, or an activity developed specifically for the project.

We work throughout Los Angeles and regularly travel across California and beyond, from offices and hotel conference rooms to remote outdoor settings.
If you can get us and our materials there, there is a good chance we can gather and create with you there.

Every project is quoted individually. Pricing depends on the activity, materials, guest count, location, event length, level of customization, staffing, and production required.
